Finished installing rudder pedals and brake master cylinders. Made all contections, Note with the pedals at full forward position (3.0) from firewall, the fabric covered brake lines tend to rub the firewall. Will need to insulate them with rubber tubing.
Started installing the fifth point attach brackets. Not an easy install at this point but doable with a 90 deg, angle drill.
Finished drilling left side fifth point attach bracket. Started right side.
Deburred 5th point brackets. Temp. installed flap actuator. Fabricated the F680 Bearing block. Installed the fornt side scoops. I decided to add 3 rivets per scoop. Used fuel tank sealant and riveted.
Fabricated the F766B, F785B, F766C, F766D Spacer. Trimmed the F748 Baggage cover. Matched drilled F785A Backrest Brace. Clecoed into position the F766A and matched drilled the F760 R&L. Bolted the flap actuator motor into position and matched drilled the F766B to the F766A
