Bent the canopy frame to match the roll bar and fuselage sides. This takes time! Frame off, bend back on and repete. It took most of the day to get it close. Is it close enough? Time will tell. Drilled the #40 holes through the track and clecoed.
Set the canopy upside down and placed the frame inside and marked the position of the latch hole and frame edges. Drilled the canopy latch hole to .625 using an unibit.
